All this talk about Chara made me remember a really infamous fangame called Facing Demons... Good sprite work but the game itself from the gameplay to the story and dialogue is so bad The team behind are also really shitty people who can't take criticism

Hirschfeld (Jewish sexologist) coined terms, advocated for trans people, did first surgeries.
His colleague/friend Harry Benjamin developed US trans medicine.
The field evolved a lot since 1920s Weimar, but the foundation is there.
