If they don’t execute before 21 DTE, I will look to close or manage them for an additional week. Three of these are being heavily tested on one side. I’ve moved the untested side closer to the money to help generate additional premium while reducing my maximum loss. I also moved in a few of the others that had gone far out of the money. Cash-Secured Puts 🟢 1 $AMD 2/20 $200 14% OTM. 🟢 1 $ATI 2/20 $115 8% OTM. 🟢 1 $CIEN 2/20 $200 18% OTM. 🟢 1 $CLS 2/20 $250 20% OTM. 🔴 1 $TWLO 2/20 $125 5% ITM. (Calculations based on 1/16 Market Close) I closed my $ALAB and $NBIS trades, both for a profit. Although it took 115 days, I made $291 on my $ALAB trade. When I sold the first put, the stock price was $242.91, and I sold a $220 put. During that time, I was able to roll my put from $220 down to $170, earning a profit each step of the way. The final strike was $170, and I closed the trade when the stock price was in the mid-$170s. Had I purchased the stock on Day 1, I would have lost close to $7,000, so I am quite pleased with my $291 win. With the capital freed up from closing those trades, I placed new trades on $ATI and $B. Currently, my $TWLO trade is the only one at risk, so I might roll it out a month. It’s just above the 200-day moving average, and I will close it at a loss instead of rolling if it drops below that. Summary I’m not planning to make any new trades right now. My current total Theta is about $883, so I’ll wait and see how that progresses. I might also keep adjusting some of my ICs to try to gain more profit.

@JoeYurillo That makes sense cash settlement really does simplify management. Lowering delta into May feels prudent given current conditions.

@BristolDividend Agreed. Value tends to rotate over time how do you decide when a holding stops being the best value?

@Cnoifa66 I would say a balance but I predominately buy the holdings of mine I find to be the best value at the time.
