Great point. To punish the entire population and raise sectarian tensions, pushing Lebanon and Lebanese society into yet another civil war…before a ground invasion. There are people who won’t even rent out their homes to Shia Lebanese displaced from the South or the Dahieh Beirut suburb, because they fear their homes could become targets for Israel. This is how you obliterate societal fabric. When Israel bombed the tallest building in Gaza, housing most TV networks, the reason was purely symbolic, left unchallenged by the so called international community, they went on to destroy Gaza in its entirety.

I don’t get it. If Hezbollah had flats in this block (unlikely in central Beirut but not impossible) why did the Israelis give everyone inside an hour to get out — including those they wanted to kill? And if there weren’t any Hezbollah people there, why destroy a building with dozens of civilians in it?

@Winter_Six What happened: An F-35 was hit by an Iranian surface-to-air missile. The video Iran posted is fake or enhanced. The pilot was wounded by shrapnel but is fine. The plane landed fine with an unknown amount of damage.

WHAT I THINK HAPPENED: 1). Regular F-35 flight gets cancelled midair because the pilot noticed something wrong with his plane. Squawked on their emergency channel and flew to a friendly base.

It’s why makes it about mail ballots to manipulate you simpletons. The vast majority of people support requiring a photo id and citizenship to vote. That can’t be verified by Colorado’s current process. Heck, our SOS gives illegal aliens drivers license and sent 30k of them voter registration invites.

Mail-in voting is a win for everyone – Republicans, Independents, and Democrats. The so-called “SAVE America Act” would do the opposite: make it harder to vote and end universal mail-in voting. NO on the SAVE America Act.

Sen Slotkin (D-MI) objected. THEN... Sen Slotkin (D-MI) tried to pass a bill to just fund TSA and pay TSA workers. Sen Moreno objected.

Voter ID isn't the objection. It is the mail in voter ID portion. By requiring ID verification on a mail in ballot it stops ballot harvesting which is a major component of vote by mail with out this. Democrats have been known for years in states like Oregon to use ballot harvesting (not blank ballots fraud).

i don’t understand why the left is against voter id while simultaneously saying how it won’t make a difference because people aren’t illegally voting so then pass the law? if the results are the same and it makes no difference, it takes away the talking point

@BillyM2k Problem with the SAVE Act is that it ends mail in voting. In my state mail in voting is incredibly popular with both Republicans and Democrats. It’s a dumb law.
