The FCC’s decision to approve the Nexstar-Tegna merger is baseless and blatantly political — and will have disastrous consequences for consumers, including here in Colorado. That’s why we’ve opposed this merger — and why we intend to use every legislative tool available to rein in the lawlessness of Trump’s FCC.
