This is a ridiculous stance. By this logic, a bank heist isn't violent if the getaway driver didn't hold the gun. A crowd doesn't need 100% violence to halt a federal proceeding. The non-violent crowd served as a force multiplier, overwhelming police lines and providing cover for the violent elements to breach the building.

Those numbers aren't 'fed' by a shadow game—they are public, verifiable court records where defendants voluntarily signed their names to guilty pleas under oath. The context is clear, over 1,200 were convicted of various crimes relating to their involvement in the insurrection.
