The presidential system concentrates power on one person to the point that the separation of powers is violated. The parliamentary system reduces the powers of each politician and forces them to make decisions TOGETHER.

There is nothing that can stop Duterte from running for the vice-presidency except a constitutional revision where he can opt to run as a member of parliament (MP) or as a local official.

When we are open to FDI, ABS-CBN can come back and operate - provided that they will now have a lot of competition.
