Iowa State 5am - 6am early practices and then another practice in afternoon
I’ll keep saying it! Players will respond to whatever you set the mark at for them. If you let them be soft they will, if you hold them accountable they will respond!

If you are a HS basketball player watching the tournament and think just playing AAU and doing skill work for the next 5 months without touching a weight 2-3 x a week is going to prepare you for this level of physicality, good luck!

I remember in 2006 playing against a PG who was named an all american the day we played them.. dude couldn't get the ball across half court that day without passing or a ballscreen up the floor... its different levels!!!
