No sped teacher should have more than 10 kids on a caseload 🤷🏽‍♂️. Sped teachers should be paid on a different pay scale. No teacher should be observed more than 3x a year. Lesson plans should be banned. Also, the writing test should be brought back in order to graduate!

Position coaches should specialize in the position they coach. No reason a QB Coach this year should’ve been the TE coach the year before, WR coach the year before that and the line coach before that. This is why development is at an all time low..the coaches aren’t developed

A run first/establish the run type of offense is overrated. Learn the art of passing the ball. “We don’t have those type of kids” comment is also something coaches say cause they’re either lazy or don’t know how to properly teach QBs and passing game.
