If it’s a miss (which it was) then we have only 1 GK on the books that can be trusted in goal. If Leno got injured we would’ve finished in the bottom half.

Nobody said Okonkwo was ready to be our backup. However, if we signed Runarsson to be the backup and that’s the level of backup we were okay with, then we should’ve just promoted from within and saved the piss take years later. That’s all I’m saying.

Fans who get triggered by Alex Rúnarsson are funny. He was a £1m signing during lockdown which allowed us to use the £20m we received from Emi Martinez to pay Thomas Partey's release clause in full. He may have been an awful keeper, but it was a smart move from #Arsenal. #AFC
