I often get judged for being rough around the edges... Had single mom, physical abuse, nomad childhood, mom was a coyote on Mexican border, surrounded by drugs by the #'s, I was a dad at 16, homicide was normal... Walk in my 👟 🫡 to all those that made it out

Serving 300+ students a day! 70 student/athlete - 40 min - small space = NO problem - 12-20 sec. ⬆️ Intensity - 2-2:30 min recovery (change # during recovery) - 4 sets - 4 to 8 reps (lifts at 70-80%) - work at the same time, high five and recover at the same time. 🌪️🌪️

Jared Fry, a 10-year-old from Ocean Shores, has qualified for Junior Olympic Nationals with his performance the state and regional meets. Honorable Mention: Brayden Fry, Jared’s older brother, also qualified for three events at nationals in the 11-12 year old division.
