Yeah, @turo support and policy is horrible. We returned a car in perfect condition, the owner a week later put a wheel replacement charge while turo policy itself says any damage must be reported in 3 days. We even provided proof that the vehicle was over due service by 6 months. No bueno. It’s still going on. Never using it again.

Dear @Hertz, when i got read-ended while at a stop in your car, called your roadside number and got a "please call during business hours" message, i laughed. When I went to your location to return the car and provide insurance info of the person who hit me, and was told "do not worry we'll take care of it", i was relieved. But when weeks later you contacted me demanding i pay cash for the repair and told me hat in fact you "never take care of it" and you have no idea who told me, andit was on me to "handle it", I was furious. Luckily (with permission) I recorded your employee telling me at great length that you will in fact take care of it and after submitting this report at the location, there was no further action required of me. So, what now? Is this the sort of business you run? Lying to customers and attempting to gaslight them? Seriously?

@Jdub_1849 @dmitrygr @Hertz @turo Turo is still a scam too they allow who ever is renting you a car to lie and say what ever they want even with photo proof they believe what ever the bullshit owner says😂 I’ve had a couple good rentals and some trash owners looking for quick cash settlement

Don't ever use @Hertz, you book a car on their website it's never available. Employees don't ever care, there's always an issue that never has the correct solution and some bs compromise. Just use @turo so much easier, cheaper, better service, and you always get exactly the car you reserve.
