@JacksonCollier I think it has to do with them rotating 10 guys and us 6. Their energy is staying up while we are picking and choosing. Hopefully we have enough in the tank at the end.

Arkansas has had multiple chances to grow its lead, but keeps getting stuck up by five or so. Now with just a one point lead and the ball under a minute to go in the first half. A lot to be desired this half from the Razorbacks.

@JacksonCollier OU got a way with a lot. Even the last possession should have been a travel on the inbounds. Clear out should have been called on the missed 3. Obviously, the missed travel on their big 3. Lot of calls that were missed on OU’s defense.

FINAL: Arkansas 82, Oklahoma 79 HOGS WIN. Darius Acuff was phenomenal (again). Never seen anything like what he’s done. Oklahoma’s late season run ends. Probably won’t make the NCAAT. Hogs get Ole Miss tomorrow. WHEW PIG. Give me your instant reactions ⬇️

@AlyssaOrange It happens everywhere. You can’t protect the players to walk in the same tunnel as fans. You wait until one team clears and then you have no issues.

I’m with Dennis Gates on that one, the teams shouldn’t be exiting through the same tunnel to begin with. Just asking for more drama.

@BlakeEddins But it’s fair they dominate smaller competition? Maybe they should start their own private school league and travel to play each other with all the money they are now receiving. All the new buildings and money, but don’t have to play by the same rules academically as Public.

If you believe in “equity” points come watch any of these 3 schools play Bryant, Conway & other 7As. Its an absolute joke. Injuries pile up. There are good people at the AAA. I don’t know what the answer is. But the current system ain’t it.
Arkansas Football Scoop@ArkHSFBscoop

🚨 HS FB NEWS :: with Shiloh Christian’s playoff victory, the Saints have gained enough competitive equity points to be deemed “dominant.” They will move up a class next cycle. ➡️ 7A will be loaded with 3 premier private school programs. @RRainwater1037 @ETTaylor79 #arpreps

@KBoBaseballGuru Such seasoned coaches on here. It was a great call. You believe in your players enough to make that call. The drive before Bryant drove the length of the field in 30 seconds. It was well designed & if you make a good throw you are going to the ship. Money was on offense.

Sometimes when you have a chance to shock the world, it’s ok to be conservative. Decisions in big moments is always a key to victory in every football game. Rogers gave Bryant their best shot. Jeff Regan will be special at the next level and I’ll miss covering him. Now it’s Bryant and Bentonville again. Both undefeated and both have D1 talent on both sides of the ball.

@jacksonfuller16 And yet if he had been in shotgun formation, you would have questioned why we weren’t under center. No offense and you are entitled to your opinion as I respect your BB opinions, this is a weak take.

Clearly short. Zero read options that close to the goal line with how successful they've been today is questionable, to say the least.

publishing a book is all about playing the long game. I don’t put too much stock in week one, but grateful when a book gets off to a good start. read a sample chapter and watch the short films based on the book at markbatterson.com

Really awful possession from Arkansas out of that last timeout. Forced deep three when they didn't need it. Michigan State back to the line.

@NWAHutch At least no guys running free that drive. It’s the little things. We played hard that drive.

Former Arkansas signee Ashton Bethel-Roman beat Kani Walker and Marcel Reed put it on the money for a 24-yards TD. It’s 7-3 Aggies with 6:06 left in the 1Q. The Hogs tried at least three different defensive packages on that 10-play, 75-yard drive.

Ole Miss just scored three touchdowns in the span of four plays. First two didn’t count because of penalties. The third one makes it 38-28 Rebels with 4:56 left in the 3Q. That might be ballgame.

John Harbaugh and his staff completely pissed their pants down the stretch of this game. Bad decision after bad decision. Unreal comeback for Josh Allen and the Bills.

some of us are so busy climbing the ladder of success we fail to realize its leaning against the wrong wall. That’s why I take a study break every summer to read, reset and recreate. the week-to-week rhythm is pretty demanding. study break is when, where, and how I pop the periscope. do a 360 on life and leadership. I haven’t posted what I’m reading in a long time. why? people take potshots at one or two books. this is NOT an endorsement of every sentence in every book! I often read people with very different worldviews. I don’t always enjoy it, but it’s part of exegeting culture. As my friend, Pastor Lionel Edmonds, says, “Eat the watermelon and spit out the seeds.” Favorite so far? River of Doubt is my eighth Teddy Roosevelt biography. He inspires me to live the “strenuous life.” Co-Intelligence is helping me understand and leverage AI. Something More is fifty years old, but I like mixing in old books. And Thanks For The Feedback is gonna help me get better at receiving raw feedback, which is how you grow!
