From all of the coaches I’ve talked to it does seem pretty clear that the most common theme in successful programs is NOT money, geography, talent, or size.
It’s administrative support. I don’t think I’ve talked to a successful coach in the last 18 months who had a bad AD.
And by success I mean sustained winning/positive culture.

We need a system in place for refs to be held accountable. We are entering far too critical a time of the year. Teams have been working since JUNE. If you are an assigner please make sure we get your A-teams in the playoffs.

@KipHenley Would it be more or less stressful to caddy for a guy who is locked in every week like that? Has to be a good amount of pressure to be right all the time knowing he can hit the exact shot and distance you agree on.
