Coach DG- has had a huge impact on the way we teach Press- Great drill here- teaching how to transfer weight of first step and react- then sliding steps 2-3 at a angle while having clean posture.

For those wondering about fronts, 3-4 mechanics from 4-3 structures and all that neat stuff, the simplest way I can explain this is that if I could give myself a list of fronts to know when I started studying this Fangio system seriously, these are fronts that I would want to know. These and the stem fronts. Knowing about directional and pre-determined closed calls would’ve saved me many hours early on. I’m sure I’ll think of one or two more but this is all I could fit into four images to make it one clean, concise post.
