This works better than anything for fat loss….
When men embark on a fat loss mission they usually do all the wrong stuff.
Tons of cardio.
High reps with light weight.
Short rest periods.
Circuits.
None of which does anything.
In fact, it’s actually counterproductive in multiple ways.
The best thing you can do is the EXACT OPPOSITE of all that stuff.
Don’t overdo the cardio.
And train to build muscle.
Even if you weigh 400 pounds you should train to build muscle.
Because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn all day.
Muscle is the longevity organ. If you have more of it you will be better equipped to live a long, healthy life.
And the kind of training that builds muscle, actually helps you burn more fat all day, when at rest.
It actually boosts your metabolism and improves your body’s ability to tolerate carbs.
Traditional “fat loss” type workouts don’t do that.
There are a zillion horribly inefficient ways to build muscle.
There are only a few time tested, PROVEN ways to do it.
And it’s not ultra complex. It doesn’t take hours per day. It won’t leave you feeling like you got hit by a bus.
In fact, it will dramatically increase how you feel and perform all day, every day.
