@TheDailyNailon Sorry to hear this. Just proves what everyone feared when Lee purchased the Daily News. Multiple people have said that the sports section was the only reason to purchase a copy. The local heart of the paper is now gone. Thank you for your work over the years.

Some personal news; Lee Enterprises has eliminated the sports editor position at The Daily News in Longview out of "financial considerations." It was a pleasure to make newspapers for my hometown and tell the stories of so many amazing people. Thank you for reading along.
