Question for my fellow coaches: What is your approach when working with players who have a lot of potential but tend to shut down when coached hard or given tough criticism? How do you balance pushing them to reach their potential while keeping them engaged & confident?

News study shows that companies have fired 60% of gen z employees within the first few months!! Parents ,this not the school teachers you're dealing with anymore.This is the real world , and employers and companies aren't having it with lazy and entitled young adults!!

Question for tournament directors & coordinators,the way that the AAU scene is heading when it comes to disruptive or physical parents,At what point are we going to hire security Gaurds at these tournament? Might have to budget that guys! Need to protect the refs & scorekeepers

This is good the NCAA is starting to hold these guys accountable with these large NIL deals being lazy & not producing , resulting in a bad investment on the university. they're being paid like professionals athletes, they will now be fined like professionals #AccountabilityMen

College connections are good but every guy you sent to college finds their way back Home ,this is not good ! Being good enough physically is one thing But if you're not strong enough mentally , you're wasting everybody's time !!! Not a good feeling #WatchWhoYouPromote

How it's looking at the moment, 80% of NBA rosters will be filled with European players simply because of discipline & they play Better without the ball. My American players are spoiled & don't take the fundamentals seriously. Meanwhile the europeans are thriving in this game!
