If a linebacker or linemen in high school squats 500lb does that make him a better player? 🤔 Not directly. But the workload needed to achieve that will probably allow him outperform his opponent. Greater force production and work capacity assists in performance. 💥💥

When dealing with health… We just need enough stimulation to trigger the pathways. Apply this with: - muscle growth 💪🏼 - nutrient consumption🥩 - sleep💤 - sunlight☀️ - hydration🧂 Too little or too much causes dysfunction Give the body what it needs, and let it do the rest.
