Before u criticize a coach’s leadership or coaching ability, show me what u have been asked to lead or coach?! Coaches don’t allow a person opinion who has never been asked to lead anything dictate your leadership. You’re there for a reason!!

Be Careful who u listen to on social media, some of these folks don’t know the difference between popularity and success… Pull their Resume!!!

Looking back while running track will slow u down. Lots wife looked back at Sodom was turned into a pillar of salt & frozen in place. Looking back can often be detrimental to your future. Dont let a past mistake, let down, or negative memory slow u down or freeze u in place.🙏🏾💯
