One final huddle with the whole Northern Force family — our athletes and coaches all together. Our last practice of the season, but these bonds and memories will carry us right into summer. Proud is an understatement — I’ll be these young ladies’ biggest fan for the rest of their careers. Thank you for buying in, trusting the process, and showing up to work every single day this winter. It’s been an honour to grow alongside all of you. ❤️🤍💙

All winter long, our pitchers & catchers have put in work on refining their craft, building their routines, and learning through every rep. Today marks a wrap on bullpens for the off-season, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this group take the field this season. The work is done. Now it’s time to watch these athletes compete!🔥

Wrapped up our final offseason bullpen session with pitchers ball flight data today. Closed it out on the Rapsodo — final numbers are in, and the growth is clear. The best learn from self-analyzing. This group did exactly that.

Spent the weekend in Georgia, with this great group of @NorthernForceFP athletes! A U16 team, playing up in a competitive U18 division, finished tied for fifth out of 30 teams — quite impressive. I’ve had a blast coaching this group for the last seven months. I can’t wait to watch them take the field with their club teams this summer. ❤️🤍💙

What a weekend, and I’m not even talking about the wins! I’m talking about the growth. The adjustments. The conversations between innings. The way they responded when things didn’t go perfectly. The way they competed pitch after pitch. So many learning reps. So many moments we’ll build on. This group is different. They’re coachable, they’re tough, and they’re starting to understand what the accountability actually feels like. Proud of them — and, that’s an understatement! 💙🤍❤️

Growth happens when you step outside of your comfort zone. So proud of our Northern Force 2010 group for stepping up into 18U at the USSSA Spring Chill — with 53 runs scored, 13 allowed, undefeated in round robin. We came up just short in the finals to a seasoned Coastal Chaos 18U squad, but our girls proved they belong.
