Good morning, one of the first things that comes to mind when reading this is something me and Jamar Chaney was talking about weeks ago. Momma, daddy, sister, brother, wife, husband and children can’t go to heaven for you and you can’t go to heaven for them. You have to know God for yourself and we’re all being held accountable for our own actions. Now with that being said each guardian is responsible for actions of the little ones until their of age. Jesus, understood what Peter was saying about what others are calling him but he wants to know who do you say I am. Do you have a relationship with Jesus or are you just going along with what others are saying? It is extremely important to know Jesus for ourselves and to have a true relationship with the messiah. This could also be a deeper question for Peter because Jesus knew before anyone that Peter would deny him, so Jesus could’ve been ask Peter yes you know who I am but are you faithful enough to tell the world? Regardless of trials, tribulations and what the world may say or do are we willing to walk the walk along with the talk that Jesus is king. MARK8:27-30

Those who really know this is my guy right here🥹. He would get on my butt for being an immature kid but he also loved me. Shoot my senior year I couldn’t even get tackled in practice 😂 My cousin D.Wooten hated that and you were always get me lunch from Hardee’s. I stayed at your house at least 5 or 6 times my senior year. 2 times because momma Odom was tutoring 🙏🏾❤️🕊️😇. Other times was because I was stressed about my future and needed advice. You drove me to UF multiple for games and after I signed for personal reasons. I remember when I was in the pros I helped you move out with Danny and Eddie. I asked you did I make you proud and was teary eyed. You hugged me and said of course then said Bones you gonna get my shirt all wet 😂. That was you Coach O!!! You’re a legend and I think about you a lot!! Especially when I tell old stories. Good morning, so I can honestly say I’ve never really paid attention to this scripture or really thought about it until coach Aranda said something about this scripture yesterday in the staff meeting. When Coach Aranda mentioned this scripture after reading it I felt something and honestly I don’t know why other than it was meant for me to be reminded of this scripture. Faithful love is God being better to us than we deserve. Being forgiven for our sins when the world wants to condemn us. The truth is God being the same God for us and the same God for father Abraham. Living life for God regardless of the trials and tribulations will bring more peace than living a life for the world through riches. Having a peace of mind when you live for God can’t be matched. Remember the scripture says the righteous shall not be forsaken. PSALM85:10
