@CoachDanCasey Coach, I was going to respond. It's Cutback, and Coach Curtis says it has to look exactly like Inside Veer! I'm always debating, which option system i want to run, Flexbone or SBV!

You can optimize the process (efficiency is good), but success will always be about PEOPLE. I love scheme and strategy, but my favorite part of football will always the people. I love the jokes in the film room and the camaraderie of the locker room. Nothing can replace that.

Coaching will always be about helping someone achieve their personal best. In doing so they also work to become a TEAM. In order to accomplish that goal, you need to build trust & form genuine relationships. Coaching is an act of service. Becoming a team requires sacrifice.
