@RoutesCarRental Mike has been in meeting from 9-5 Monday- Friday all day for 2 weeks when we insist on speaking we are hung up on by Amora and George multiple times.

I will never use @RoutesCarRental in Atlanta ever again. Due to the lack of communication and poor customer service my son had to forfeit his boxing match. We have been calling for 2 weeks to speak to the manager “Mike” we’ve been hung up on by associates and no return call.
