PARENTS be leery of those AAU programs that put your child’s skillset in box calling it a “role”. If that “role” doesn’t translate to college recruiting then who is that “role” benefiting!?

Some tough decisions coming. Stay and TRUST things will get better or move on to a better opportunity that FITS where my kid to finish this journey.

Waking up really concerned about my kids future! I’ve spent many years in this AAU trusting people who really don’t have her best interest at heart. She hasn’t played in a place that has truly cared about her since 8th grade now we’re at the finish line! PARENTS DO YOUR HOMEWORK

Some of these AAU programs will tell you anything to fill a spot! Ask questions, do your research before joining a program to make sure it’s the right fit for your athlete otherwise you’re probably going to waste a lot of time and money!

Production and consistency on the shoe circuit is what matters. These are opportunities to play against the best players in the country. To show up game after game has tremendous value.

Just playing on a shoe circuit team DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING!

There are way less coaches on the sidelines this year at 3SSB during this April live period IMO

@JerodBrown_ Yes, Yes, Yes! As as current PE teacher, kids don’t run, move like they used to. In my classes there is a heavy emphasis on these things!

I’ve covered a few PE classes lately & I’ve never been more convinced that every student, in every grade, should have PE daily & we should make the standards more rigorous. Lack of movement + social media/phones is destroying kids’ physical + mental health. Adults need to step in
