My coaching philosophy centers on developing the whole student-athlete as a football player, teammate, student, and future husband, father, and leader. My job is to teach, motivate, and prepare young men to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
On the field, I believe in a clear offensive identity, a detailed teaching progression, and a practice structure built on efficiency and fundamentals. Players learn best when concepts are communicated clearly, installed with purpose, and reinforced through consistent detail. Every meeting, drill, and rep should build toward confidence and mastery.
For running backs, I emphasize a zero-turnover mentality, physical and mental toughness, and the “Hostile, Agile, Mobile” (H.A.M) standard that defines how we train, prepare, and finish. Technique, effort, and ball security are non-negotiable.
As a coach, I teach with positive energy, honest communication, and high standards. I believe in being prepared, being detailed, and being invested in every player I coach. My goal is to earn their trust, build their confidence, and help them become the best versions of themselves in life and in football.
