@mspearma I agree. I wasn’t always this way. I had to learn how to redirect negativity and move past it. Someone always gonna have something to say. That’s the point. We learn how to manage it or we get crushed by it. No one is immune.

@coachfeld Dude… if someone like you gets hate, imagine the impact on someone struggling with confidence. Those comments can be crushing. I know you’re wise and strong and confident but someone else could literally crumble. Plus it takes a hella lot of energy to spew negativity.
