15 minutes ago I heard someone fiddling with my apartment's door. I get up, look through the fisheye and someone instantly hides. There is no light at the staircase. Just someone whose higure looks hunched. My legs melted. I called the police immediately. They were here within 2 minutes of me reporting it. I don't even know why I'm putting this out here. I guess in case something happens? Guy was taken by the police. Be safe.

After more than 5 years of competing, working behind the scenes, and building unforgettable memories with A One Man Army, the organisation has unfortunately shut down, releasing all players and staff and forfeiting our Prime League Div 1 spot.
AOMA was more than a team to me. It was home.

Most player development doesn't stick:
Here's one of the things I do to achieve that:
Structured VOD reviews
Problem: Reviews become coach-led info dumps. Players listen, but nothing really changes in-game.
Steps:
– Define 1–2 focus areas per block (not 10 things at once)
– Clip only key moments tied to those themes
– Players explain the “why” before being given answers
– End with clear, repeatable actions for next scrim
Result: Players start recognising patterns themselves. Reviews stop being feedback and actually lead to change in-game.
Players own what they helped create. That’s the part most coaches miss.

Coaching without structure is like playing without a strategy.
You might win a game, but you won’t repeat it across a split.
For me it always comes back to clarity and structure.
If players don’t understand why something works, it falls apart under pressure. Then scrims just become noise instead of progress.
Repeatability is the whole game.

Resilience is core in League coaching. Players who learn from setbacks build the mental strength to reach their potential.
In fast metas, teams without it collapse teams with it improve under pressure.
That’s the edge most coaches miss.

I think maybe it's time for LCS to actually punish their players for blatantly griefing solo q or at least implement some sort of warning for such actions. Team DSG's midlaner Callme just loaded into a game, typed to ff 15 BEFORE minions spawned and blamed the matchmaking, then proceeded to hijack my lane for zero reason and griefing the entire game. For the record, I have had 0 interactions with this player in the past so I have no idea what even prompted this other than the fact that he is just straight up running it down indiscriminately. @Disguised @LCSOfficial
Now i'm very aware that no consequences will actually happen to this player, hence why he was so bold to do this in the first place, however perhaps that should change in the future, or maybe if pro players don't feel like playing solo q they can simply choose not q up (I've posted about this more than once in the past lol). It's 2026 and if you still queue up to not try in a full chall lobby then I don't know what to tell you.
It's unfortunate that he behaved like this because I have played vs him this season a couple of times, and I have always thought of him as a very good midlaner. You already made it when thousands of others failed and would like to be in your spot, so why still so angry? Can you pro players just drop egos and treat solo q players how you want to be treated this is just too cringe at this point, so tired of this shit.

Wir informieren Euch heute über eine Änderung im Teilnehmerfeld der 1. Liga der TK Prime League ab dem kommenden Spring Split. Leider kann A One Man Army Prime (AOMA) ihren Spielbetrieb nicht weiter aufrechterhalten. Um die sportliche Integrität und Qualität der Liga zu gewährleisten, wird der vakante Slot für den kommenden Split neu vergeben. Wir planen, die Entscheidung zur Vergabe des Slots bis zum 24.3. abgeschlossen zu haben. Basierend auf den Leistungen der vergangenen Splits wurden die bestplatzierten Teams aus der 2. Liga eingeladen, sich für diesen Platz zu bewerben. Die folgenden Teams wurden dazu von der Liga Leitung kontaktiert: VfB, 67, CGN, MT1 und DKB. Uns ist wichtig zu betonen, dass auch die verbleibenden Spieler von A One Man Army Prime (AOMA) explizit die Möglichkeit erhalten, sich als neues Team für den Verbleib in der 1. Liga zu bewerben. Unser Fokus liegt nun darauf, einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gestalten und die bestmögliche Lösung für den Wettbewerb und die betroffenen Spieler zu finden.
