First go at Siu Yuk (烧肉) - Crispy Pork Belly. Marinated and dried in the fridge for 36 hours. Roasted for 90 minutes. Crunchy goodness #CookWithIsh 1/2

Skunk Anansie are a ridiculously underrated 90s band. The lead singer's voice can be a feminine, raspy purr then the next second a full force sledgehammer crashing into your cranium. Amazing live too.

One good thing to come from consuming TikTok videos (stick with me) is that it's expanded my music horizons. Have discovered a gentleman called T-Pain. There's a lot of effing and jeffing but it's got a funky beat, I can dance like nobody's watching, as injuncted.
