I am proud of my son, who has joined the York College of Pa Staff with Jared Wagner. Who would have thought the opportunity that Pat Flannery allowed me in 1990, would be passed onto my own son decades later. He played a lot near my feet as I watched film at home on VHS tapes, and had many of rides in his car seat, as I did recruiting calls. He has seen first hand the GREAT/AVERAGE/NOT SO GOOD of the industry. Well done Donald. I am very proud and always rooting for you. Run your race daily with excellence and consistency. Be grateful, demand, and be driven, but most of all, treat all with respect and empathy. The hay is in the barn.....the rest is up to you!
