And in order to have landing Spot they must have an “uncle” or Parent whose dialed in or Agent BUT problem with most Agents is they looking at $$ and not human so “Uncle” aka mentor or someone that’s been in trenches are the valuable one to give REAL World advice if parent don’t understand full Process because they actually care about most kids they have before the money
