Season opener W vs. Bishop Eustance 🥎🔥 Maddie Edwards led the offense with 3 hits and 3 RBIs. Allie Cunana and Luci Dandrea each added 3 RBIs to power the lineup. In the circle, Allie Cunane and Cali Taylor were dominant, combining for 11 Ks in just 3.5 innings.@Cherokee_HS

Sept. 9th is the Feast of St. Peter Claver who ministered to enslaved Africans. He was a Jesuit priest who served African slaves in Colombia for 38 yrs. He died in 1654. He is a patron saint of African Americans enslaved peoples. St. Peter Claver pray for us!
