It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be fun. My 8- and 4-year-old wanted to “lift weights” today, so we did. If they continue to associate the weight room with encouragement, confidence, and time together, the love for training will take care of itself.

Couple upcoming events to support our football team!

Most sports aren’t played in straight lines. Curvilinear speed teaches athletes how to maintain speed and body control while running on an arc—an essential skill for game performance. We spent the first month building movement foundations. Now it’s time to add the chaos!

No music needed. Just violent foot strikes, barbells moving with intent, and teammates pushing each other to get better. Football continues to make great strides in speed this summer. This is what progress sounds like.

Attendance may change, but the standard doesn’t. Every day you show up is another opportunity to separate yourself. The athletes who improve the most aren’t always the most talented—they’re the most consistent. You signed up for the demands of your sport. Meet them.
