The more motivated you are, the more you’ll train. The more you train, the more you’ll win. The more you win, the more motivated you’ll become. Keep this cycle going. Don’t let complacency stop it!

When I recruit I’m looking for kids who love the game with everything inside of them The game asks for so much & if you aren’t willing to give it 100% of you, it feels like you HAVE to play rather than GETTING to play Appreciating the game > obligation to the game

Softball players, want to get better? College softball is on TV right now and the best way to learn is by studying the game. Listen, watch their body language, listen to the announcers. Getting better doesn’t always have to be active.

You DO NOT have to play D1 to make an impact in this game. There are great athletes at every level. I’ve played D1 schools that were awful & Junior College teams that were amazing. The game is impressive & competitive at every level. It is all about fit NOT division.
