Pulling into Giant Eagle today by Get-Go, a lady in a silver car cut right in front of me as I was turning left. Same lady in the store cut me off with her cart. So the next isle over I put a large can of baked beans in her cart. That will show her. Haha. Made me feel better tho

Day 4 of crazy customer service @clevelanddotcom today was 40 minutes with two dropped calls and different answers from the weekend. The one consistent thing is still no access to the paper #crazy

@clevelanddotcom absolutely has to be the worst customer service of any company. Very frustrating when you are trying to make payments and fix their screwup and still can’t get it resolved. This has been going on 2 days now. I should just save my $150 a year
