This was the first day of another football team’s offseason training🤦🏻‍♂️ Back Squat 4 x 12,10,20,20 Rack Pull 4x10 DB Step Ups 4x10 Leg Curls 4x10 At least 10 kids throwing up. We need knowledgeable professionals running weight rooms so no kid has to be put through this garbage.
