A successful coaching staff is a group of alpha males who have the balls to voice their opinion....with the stomach to handle being told no and say, "yes sir" From position coaches to Coordinators....and coordinators to HC. Nothing else should be acceptable. You find a group that can function like that.....you found a quality football staff

Teachers and Coaches should be eligible for Full Retirement after 10 years if they have had Cafeteria Duty

The worst attitude is one that thinks “that’s not my job.” If it needs to be done, do it. Period! That mindset is not team/staff centered. Self centered folks become cancers on teams/staffs. If you always have to be reminded or told to do your part, you’re not a team player.

Just know.... Good people get tired of being good to ungrateful people. #IIWII

The awards keep rolling in. I want to congratulate these guys on their postseason success. The All-State team is tough to make it on but these guys did it and it shows what we have down here at Palestine Westwood.

Lack of culture in programs is an adult issue, rarely the kids. The adults are often the most self serving, negative people which then filters down to the kids. Fix the adults, fix the problem. Or get rid of them.. 🧽🪣
