Ole Miss has landed a commitment from South Carolina tight end transfer Michael Smith, a source tells @CBSSports. Former Class of 2024 top-100 recruit who’d been committed Syracuse but is now instead headed to Oxford. Made eight starts the last two seasons at South Carolina.

@CoachJDillard We are well aware what Kiffin is. I’m married to an ole Miss fan I know lane doesn’t take fgs I was in attendance last year when he didn’t take fgs in Death Valley early and cost him the game. With all that said it changes zero of my original opinion on last night

@stantheman31 😂all of the pieces are important. The sad reality is people don’t understand that all players play a role whether they play or not. If you’re saying that we will lose Lacy and Chambliss. We will see over time. Pete is the actual portal King not Lane

@stantheman31 Soo you obviously watched a different game from everyone else. The defense control the game in the second half. Trinidad made plays when he needed to. The story continues and it looks like most of this team will be back next season.
