Top front squat of the day!! @NigelRock24 425! @CoachJimmyS just told me as a team we increased our front squatting max 690 lbs since last max out. Coach Jimmy if I had some money I’d give you a raise!

Building a football program is HARD. We’ve only been here a year, but the growth in these young men has been incredible. This video is proof. We may not have the biggest numbers, but the players we do have are becoming STRONG — mentally, physically, and spiritually. That’s life as a man too. You can’t control how much you’ve been given… but you can control what you do with it. Your job is to maximize the talents God has entrusted to you through discipline, sacrifice, and relentless work. WORK MATTERS! @Jaylen_Samuel25 came to Southside Christian in January. One video showed him failing 225 in December… now he’s power cleaning 265 with EASE. 4 months. Relentless work. Consistent discipline. Real growth. Now we prepare for next week’s Lift-A-Thon… and I’m thinking 275–290 is coming soon. 👀 Nothing changes unless the WORK changes.
