7 distance runners headed to state for @WATrack_Field and @westauroraxc! 4x8 of Michael Nava, Miguel Orrala, Lachlan Mahoney, and Aiden Massaro ran 8:00.32. Sean Heetland and Sammy Rocio ran 9:17 and 9:24 in the 3200. Nate Gehrmann was sectional champ in the 800 running 1:58.18!

Four @WATrack_Field and @westauroraxc seniors drafted and coached 4x4s tonight for Senior Night. All 4 teams ran under 4:05, but Team Massaro took the win at 3:51. The team also put 7 guys under 4:45 in the 1600 led by @bdeleon_4u Branden Deleon in a big PR of 4:24.

Awesome night Saturday at @DistNightPal for @WATrack_Field. Sean Heetland and Sammy Rocio ran 9:36 and 9:43 in the 3200. Ryan Hendrix was 3rd in his heat of the 800 in 3:11 and Nate Gehrmann won the undercard 800 in 1:57.12! Grateful for the chance to be at such an amazing meet!
