I know going off to the prep school in hoops is the rage but you cant tell me playing in the atmosphere that North Crowley-Duncanville or Frisco Heritage-Birdville isn't worth it....just unreal theater tonight #txhsbb

Played 3 sports in high school, each sport helped me be better in my other sports! One thing that helped me was having coaches that worked together to make sure I was still perfecting my craft while I was in other seasons. While I was playing basketball, I was still going to the batting cage and practicing throwing. I also stayed in the weightroom and took care of my body and made sure my body could handle the amount of stress I was putting on it. Kids can play multiple sports, it’s our job to make sure we equip them with the tools to be successful to do so.
