I ask one db coach to be 20-25 yards down field on one sideline, the other db/lb coach to do the same on the opposite sideline dl coach at the line of scrimmage either on the sideline or right behind the offense. One dl/lb coach to do the same on the opposite side. 4 coaches essentially building a box around the play. I also don’t allow a lot of convo/ teaching between plays that’s what film is for. On Friday/ Saturday coaches aren’t going to be able to have full blown conversations/ corrections in between plays so I try to practice that. Does it happen, of course, nothings perfect.
