Fanta Kone earns Defensive Player of the Year after making history for the Bearkats this season. She is ranked eighth nationally with 3.5 steals per game!!

Fanta Kone and Deborah Ogayemi earned All-Conference honors this season! Kone lead the team with 13.3 PPG and 4.9 APG, while Ogayemi put up 12.2 PPG with 7.4 RPG.

Fanta Kone has been a leader on the court and in the classroom this season pursuing her BBA in Finance with a 3.94 GPA!!📚🎓
