𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝!!! ⁣⁣ I am so blessed to be able to work with amazing athletes on Team Pro Physique and it’s a cherry on top when I get to see all of their hardwork come to fruition when it’s finally SHOW DAY! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Melissa took home 2x 2nd Places and 1st in her Novice Class. She definitely turned some heads with the physique she brought and HUGE improvements from previous preps!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We were able to get GREAT feedback from the judges and the future looks goooood for Melissa! ⁣⁣

The beauty of improvement season is waking up drinking coffee and eating a donut from your local hometown bakery before crushing a crazy workout 💪 💪

I will always find it comical when gyms entice people with cookie, pizza, candy, etc. Don't get me wrong I love my sweets butttttt 🙄
