I’d like to thank our booster club for continuing to invest in our student athletes.

First day after spring break means 1 thing…time to dust off the JAMMERS! @Sandite_FB is showing off their explosiveness! And we got to train with our new toys the Reverse Hypers. Spring ball is right around the corner!

I believe that to truly become an elite competitor, an athlete needs one or more people in their life to test them: Physically, Emotionally, and Psychologically - to a level the athlete cannot imagine. The caveat: That person cannot be your mother or father.

Sundays= Wake up🌅. Drink coffee☕️. Walk perimeter🚶🏽‍♂️. Admire new yard stake🦩.Go to church⛪️.

One of the great joys in life is when your best friends are killing it as good or better than you! Call them and tell them!!!
