4th grade Rising Star Tutors began working with our students in K-1 this afternoon. Excellent engagement seen and reinforcement of foundational skills being practiced!! ⭐️💙
Our newest group of rockSTARS of the month!! These students are selected by their teachers for being Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn in all areas of our building. We recognize each group during their lunch hour and invite them to ice cream with the principals!! ⭐️💙

2nd grade STEM learners at @PCSDpleasantval did an excellent job showcasing their learning at this yesterday's force & motion Capstone! Marble roller coasters, advertisement videos, magnet mazes, and art work created using gravity and friction were all proudly displayed!

Writing across content areas—2nd graders created Polygon Creatures, then discussed the shapes used to create their creature as well as its measurements! 🤩💙
