@THS_trackfield @cmcrosscountry We probably ended up only losing out on 1 extra guy getting through to state, but the other coaches were going nuts not being able to check live results! We ran the 200m backwards at an open meet at Winnebago two years ago, and to this day it was the best run meet I’ve been to.

@cmcrosscountry @THS_trackfield You would have LOVED 2024 Sycamore, then. We boarded up the west pit with rubber mats to give enough room for triple jump and the the wind switched. Then, someone stepped on our far end camera wire so we ran the 100 & 110h into the wind. We also couldn’t figure out live results.

@OlneyTigerTrack @IanPianfetti @ReidCarlen_ With this being my 4th year as Head Coach I can really feel this. Watching guys I remember pulling out of classrooms four years ago to talk about joining track be the ones leading our captain practices now is definitely a proud moment.

Watching these 2 (our @IanPianfetti & Cumberland's @ReidCarlen_) grow up together has been so much fun. Yesterday's Blazen Brave was their 5th head to head match up, & all but 1 they've been separated by less than .05 (2x by less than .01). Ian took yesterday's matchup by .04.
