At the HoopExchange Fall Festival, 6’4” sophomore guard Gavin Gorman from North Broward Prep showed good size for his age. He demonstrated the ability to shoot off the catch with range and touch, displaying a smooth release and consistent mechanics. Gorman showed a solid feel for the game, making smart decisions with and without the ball, including recognizing when to move without the ball and finding open teammates. He moved well for his size, displaying coordination and agility in both transition and half-court sets, showed good court awareness, and was active on both ends, contributing on defense as well as on offense. @Gavingorman13 @NBP_Basketball @HoopExchange

Chudier Diew Yak was one of the most intriguing long-term prospects at the HoopExchange Fall Festival, standing 6’9” with a long frame, fluid athleticism, and impressive overall skill for his size. Even as a freshman, he moved comfortably on the perimeter and fit seamlessly within team concepts. Yak consistently demonstrated patience and composure, staying engaged and productive even when not directly involved in the action. He spaced the floor effectively, could score off the dribble, attack the rim, and knock down shots both inside and beyond the arc. Combining his size and agility, he creates mismatches over smaller defenders and finishes around the rim even in traffic. His versatility as a scorer at such a young age, along with his ability to contribute without forcing plays, made him stand out among his peers. Yak’s effort and motor were equally impressive. He played with noticeable toughness, consistently running the floor in transition. Defensively, his length and timing allow him to alter and block shots in help-side rotations and on-ball situations. He rebounds aggressively on both ends, often sparking transition opportunities for his team. Yak’s ability to switch seamlessly between multiple positions demonstrates the type of adaptability that makes him a matchup problem for opponents. Yak impacts the game in multiple ways without forcing the action. He keeps the ball moving, stays active on both ends, and consistently plays within the flow of the offense. As he continues to develop his overall game, Yak projects as one of the higher-upside wings in the 2029 class and a name to track nationally, potentially one of the top wings in the country. @DiewYak @NBP_Basketball @HoopExchange
