This is a gentle reminder: DO NOT DRINK YOUR CALORIES. If you're trying to lose fat, avoid milky coffees, sodas, alcohol. They dont fill you up and waste valuable calories you can eat instead. Instead opt for diet soda, black coffee and cut back the booze.

Too many people rush rest times. Stop setting 60 second timers and go by how you feel. Allowing yourself 2-3 mins in between sets will give you optimum rest to push each set.

3/ Lifting > Running People take up "running" to lose fat, which is the wrong approach. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn both working out and at rest. You need to lift weights 3-5x per week and build muscle while losing fat.

2/ Calorie Intake For optimal T production, eat at maintenance or a slight calorie surplus. If you are overweight, a small calorie deficit and losing weight will elevate test production. Get lean first and then eat higher calories for optimal T production.
