Source: UTEP is hiring Craig Neece as the OLBs coach. He spent last two years as the DC at Hardin Simmons, where they allowed 17.5 ppg in 2024 and 19 ppg in 2025. He’s also been the DC at Illinois College and had stints at Toledo, Butler, Missouri Baptist and MacMurray College.
