Start lifting weights! The weight room is probably one of the biggest changes for athletes transitioning from high school to college sports. Create the habit of going to the gym and sticking to a routine because once you get to college …. The weight room is a mandatory daily task! Some colleges have daily lifts @ 5AM every morning!
